About the Amberglen Neighborhood

The Amberglen Neighborhood was established in 1997-2002 when a few builders broke ground on several single-family homes. In 2005-2007 the area further established, as many attached homes and townhomes sprouted up - quickly becoming filled with young families. 

 

The neighborhood is encompassed with trails that lead to Amberglen park, The Orchard Park, and many other trails. Closeby is also The Streets of Tanasbourne, Intel, and Hwy 26. 

 

As Amberglen has continued to develop with thriving businesses nearby and new condo buildings, the neighborhood has also become a premier spot for investment properties. IN HILLSBORO, CORNELIUS & FOREST GROVE

Homes in Cornelius, Hillsboro and Forest Grove continue to sell for record prices. According to RMLS, the average sales price in these three cities for April 2023 is at $575,400, 2.7% higher compared to $560,400 average sales price in April 2022.

New listings or the the total number of properties available in Hillsboro, Forest Grove and Cornelius is 35.2% lower than end of April 2022 with 167 new listings compared to 258 new listings a year earlier.

On a year to date basis, closed sales plummeted 47.1% with 118 homes sold compared to 223 in the last year.
