About Marlene Village

Marlene Village is a charming neighborhood located in Beaverton, OR, within a pocket of the Cedar Hills area. The community is just blocks from Nike Headquarters, Hwy 26, and Tualatin Valley Parks & Recreation. The neighborhood was first established in 1949, and consists of single-family homes and condos.  Marlene Village is highly walkable, and has several trails and parks throughout, making it very family-friendly.

 Most of the residential Real Estate is made up of a mixture of owners and renters. Many of the residences in the community are older homes, but a good portion of the homes were built in the late 90's, and there continues to be new construction today. Real Estate vacancies are 6.3%, which is much lower than 60.8% of American neighborhoods. MARKET TRENDS IN ALOHA, BEAVERTON & HILLSBORO

 

The housing market in Aloha, Beaverton, and Hillsboro has been experiencing fluctuations this year. According to RMLS, the average sales price in these three cities as of April 2023 is at $518,000, 9.3% lower compared to $571,500 average sales price in April 2022.

New listings or the the total number of properties available in Aloha, Beaverton and Hillsboro is 46% lower than April 2022 with 173 new listings compared to 320 new listings a year earlier.

On a year to date basis, closed sales plummeted to 36% with 148 homes sold compared to 231 in the last year.
